How much does it cost? Payment is made by a simple monthly standing order. The monthly payment is below

                                           Cats                    £ 9.70
                                           Dogs under 4kg    £ 9.50
                                                         Dogs 4-10kg         £10.00
                                           Dogs 10-25kg       £11.25
                                           Dogs 25-40kg       £13.70
                                           Dogs over 40kg     £19.50
                                           Rabbits                £ 7.40

How do I register? Simply fill out an application form and complete the standing order mandate and return them to the surgery

Can I leave the club? You can leave the club at any point, although you will miss out on the benefits of the Pet Health Club
                                    You will need to pay the outstanding balance if you have just collected medications.
